Are OSN products safe for all ages?
All OSN products are safe for most ages including the elderly and children. With infants and babies under the age of 1, here are the guidelines:
Active Guard: Babies who are at least 6 months old and are starting to eat solid foods can begin to take the Active Guard paste! Parents can squeeze the paste out of the capsule for their children.
Activia and Active Greens: We recommend that infants and babies under the age of 1 do not consume Activia and Active Greens as their digestive systems are still developing.
Do consult your pediatrician before introducing any new food or supplements into your babies' diet!
Are OSN products safe for pregnant and lactating mothers?
OSN products are safe for pregnant and lactating mothers, as well as their babies. In fact, we recommend mothers take OSN Active Guard during pregnancy to ensure their baby has high levels of friendly bacteria even at a young age.

- For Active Guard: If your product doesn’t display any whiteish discoloration, it is still safe to consume.
- For Active Greens and Activia: If your product doesn’t contain any clumps or solidified powder at the bottom of the container, it is still safe to consume.
Can I return or exchange the products?

As a result, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds on our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving OSN products. (Exceptions apply.)

What constitutes a damaged product that qualifies for an exchange?
Damaged products are defined as follows:
a. Active Guard: Products showing white spots or discoloration that were not caused by customer mishandling.
b. Activia and Active Greens: Products that develop wet clumps, excluding cases where the products have been stored for more than 3 years.
