Refund policy

At OSN, we prioritize the quality of our products and perform three rounds of stringent quality checks to ensure that the goods you receive meet our high standards. As a result, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds on our products. We understand that unforeseeable situations can occur, and we want to address those cases to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following exception to our general policy:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving OSN products. (Exceptions apply.)

Note: This return and exchange policy is subject to change without notice, and the most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.

Damaged products are defined as follows:

a. Active Guard: Products showing white spots or discoloration that were not caused by customer mishandling.

b. Activia and Active Greens: Products that develop wet clumps, excluding cases where the products have been stored for more than 3 years.

Please note that this policy does not cover:

a. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer.

b. Products that have been altered or modified in any way.

c. Damage claims when we are not notified within 3 days upon receiving the products.
