  • We offer standard shipping options through our local delivery partners such as Shopee Express.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $70 within Singapore.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:  2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with our shipping partners.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the provided tracking link.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Singapore. If you are purchasing from Malaysia, please place your orders on our Malaysia website instead (www.osn.com.my).


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at info@osn-sg.com or via the live chat/Whatsapp. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
